Our spider jigs are tied on the popular weedless football style jig head, which means the jig will always land up-right, in a defensive position, and won't roll on it's side like the ball head style. When dragged across the bottom, it will bounce erratically drawing vicious strikes from any bass nearby.

All of our jig heads are powder coated and heat cured for a long lasting, chip proof finish, and the nylon fiber weedguards are of light stiffness and molded into the heads, not glued in after the material is tied on.

We use only the best quality hooks on all of our jigs, both the Mustad Ultra Point hook and the newer Matzuo Sickle Bend hook, both offered in the black nickel finish. They are a light wire hook, and extremely sharp, which will facilitate in a rock solid hookset when using spinning gear for finesse presentations.
